50th BCS Written Results Published, 6,165 Candidates Pass
The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) has published the results of the 50th BCS written examination. A total of 6,165 candidates have provisionally passed the examination. The results were released at around 4:00 pm on Thursday, July 23, and are now available on the BPSC website.
According to a notice issued by the BPSC, the written examination for the 50th BCS Examination-2025 was held from April 9 to May 7. The exams took place in eight divisional cities, including Dhaka. The Commission approved the provisional 50th BCS Written Result before publishing it.
The BPSC said the complete results and other examination-related information are available on its official website. The notice also stated that the Commission reserves the right to make corrections if any reasonable issue or error is identified after publication.
Earlier, the 50th BCS preliminary examination was held on January 30, and its results were announced on February 10. A total of 12,385 candidates passed the preliminary stage and became eligible for the written examination.
The 50th BCS recruitment circular was published on November 26. The recruitment process aims to fill 2,150 government positions, including 1,755 cadre posts and 395 non-cadre posts.
Among the cadre positions, the health cadre has the highest number of vacancies with 650 posts. The administration cadre follows with 200 posts, while the education cadre has 185 vacancies.
The publication of the written examination results marks another key step in the 50th BCS recruitment process. Candidates who have qualified should follow future notices from the BPSC for information on the next stage of the selection process.
