NU Publishes Degree 1st Year Exam Form Fill-Up Schedule

The National University has published the Degree 1st Year Form Fill Up 2026 Notice. According to the official notice, eligible students can complete the online application process from August 2 to August 17, 2026. The university said the examination date and detailed routine will be announced later.

The notice states that important information, including the list of probable examinees, subject codes, question paper demand forms, data entry software, and examination conditions, will be available through the National University's EMS portal. Both students and affiliated colleges have been instructed to complete all required activities within the announced deadlines.

Students must submit their online applications between August 2 and August 17. After completing the online process, they must submit a printed copy of the application form to their respective colleges by August 18.

College authorities will verify the submitted applications and confirm the student data from August 19 to August 22. After verification, colleges will complete the required financial and administrative activities through Sonali Seba from August 23 to August 25.

The schedule applies to regular students of the 2024–25 academic year and private students registered in 2025. The National University also said that irregular and improvement students from the 2023–24, 2022–23, 2021–22, 2020–21, and 2019–20 academic years will be eligible to fill out examination forms, subject to the university's conditions.

The university said detailed instructions on form filling, subject selection, and examination participation will be available through the EMS portal and the respective colleges. Students have been advised to complete the application process and all related activities within the specified deadlines to avoid any complications.

The National University will announce the examination date and the detailed examination schedule in a separate notice at a later stage.
