NU Honours Admission Result 2026: 1st Release Slip Merit List Tomorrow
National University will publish the first release slip merit list for Honours admission Result 2026 on July 22. Candidates can check merit status through SMS and online.
The merit list for the 1st release slip in the 1st-year undergraduate (Honours) admission process for the 2025–2026 academic year will be published on Wednesday, July 22.
National University (NU) said the result will be released at 4:00 PM. The information was announced in an official letter issued by the university on Monday, July 20.
Applicants will be able to check their results through SMS from 4:00 PM. The result will also be available on the National University admission website from 9:00 PM.
To check the result by SMS, applicants need to type nu<space>athn<space>roll no and send it to 16222 from their mobile phones. They can also view the result through the National University admission website.
Students who are selected in the 1st release slip merit list must complete the final admission process within the given schedule.
The university said students who were already admitted to another educational programme during the 2024–2025 academic year must cancel their previous admission by July 28. They must then complete the online final admission form.

If a student fails to cancel the previous admission within the deadline, the admission and registration for the 1st-year Honours class in the 2025–2026 academic year will be cancelled due to dual admission.
National University also stated that students selected through the 1st release slip will not have any opportunity to change their subject.
The admission process for selected students will continue according to the schedule set by National University.
