HSC Physics Exam 2026: Three-Day Registration Window Announced for Missed Candidates
Students who could not sit for the HSC Physics examination because of adverse weather conditions will soon be able to register online, according to Education Minister Dr. A N M Ehsanul Haque Milan.
The minister said this on Tuesday (July 21) that the education boards are preparing an online registration system for affected candidates. The registration window will remain open for three days, reports DailyShiksha.com.
The online form will collect basic information from candidates. This includes the student's name, education board, district, and other required details. After the registration process ends, the education boards will announce the date for the Physics examination.

The decision follows complaints from a group of HSC candidates who said they could not attend the Physics examination because of severe weather conditions.
Earlier, the Education Minister told Parliament that students who missed the examination due to adverse weather would be allowed to take the test using the same question paper prepared for the Chattogram Education Board.
On July 15, the minister also explained that several HSC examinations under the Chattogram Education Board had been postponed because of heavy rainfall and adverse weather in Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Khagrachhari, Rangamati, and Bandarban.
He added that, outside the Chattogram Education Board, some candidates in several districts also failed to attend their scheduled examinations because of bad weather and other unavoidable circumstances.
According to the minister, candidates who were unable to sit for any subject of the ongoing HSC and equivalent examinations 2026 due to adverse weather or other unavoidable reasons will be allowed to take the examination later. They will use the same question paper that was postponed for the relevant subject under the Chattogram Education Board.
The examination will be held on the same date and at the same time set by the Ministry of Education for the postponed Chattogram Board examination.
The education boards are expected to announce the registration schedule and the rescheduled Physics examination date after the three-day online registration process is completed.
